Ron began his insurance career in personal line and commercial inspections, which included management and training of the field staff. He has been involved in the insurance industry since 1969. Safety engineering and special claimant inspections were an aspect of his career before becoming involved in premium auditing in 1975. He was branch audit manager in Fort Wayne, Indiana with Commercial Services. He went on to work for Armfelt and Associates as a field auditor and trainer of staff auditors. The warm weather of Florida called him in 1987, where he worked for National Risk Services. When the big skies of Texas beckoned, Ron joined Key Reports/Crowell and Associates in 2001. Ron has worked for fee audit service companies throughout his career and knows the importance of meeting customers’ needs and requirements, which is ever changing with the technology of today. He believes that enthusiasm and loyalty are two of the finest contributions you can offer your customers and your staff. Ron enjoys spending time with his wife, Mandira. They enjoy movies, shopping and traveling. Also, he enjoys golf, electronic equipment, music, which includes rock and roll, blues, country music and Christian contemporary.
